China is one of the largest Aluminium producers in the world with 57% of the market share.
1. China: With 40 million MT of aluminium produced worldwide in 2022, the top producer was once again in charge of more than half of the total output. The nation used up a sizable portion of the metal as well.

5. United Arab Emirates: Emirates Global Aluminum is the largest aluminum producer in the Middle East and contributes nearly 4% of all global aluminum with a production of 2.7 million MT, UAE also holds fifth rank as a global aluminum producer.
6. Bahrain: The county’s production increased from last year and stood at 1.6 million MT. Aluminum export is the largest source of export revenue for this country.
7. Australia: the production in 2022 is down as compared to the previous year, in 2022 the country produced 1.5 million MT. The country produces the most emissions emissions-intensive aluminium producers according to the Institute for Energy Economics and Financial Analysis.
8. Norway: Production of aluminum didn’t show any growth in 2022 and showed a flat trend, the country produced 1.4 million MT. The country is the largest primary aluminium producer in the European Union.
9. United States: The aluminium sector still recovering and trying to achieve its 2015 production level of 1.59 million MT, in the 2022 year the country produces 860,000 MT aluminium according to US geological survey, only 2 out of 6 aluminium smelters are working of full capacity.
10. Iceland: country produce a total of 750000 MT in 2022, the county’s aluminium sector is focusing on innovation.
